Orders are not shipped the day you order; orders normally take up to 24 hours to process. This does not include holidays and weekends.
Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. There will be strictly no refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered (when tracking says: HUB SCAN: AWAITING RESPONSE FROM LOCAL POSTAL AGENT (ESTIMATED DELIVERY IS 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS) if you choose International Premium Registered Mail as your shipping option. If you know that your local postal service does not handle packages well, please contact us before you place an order so we could ship via Fedex/UPS. Clover Collection will not responsible for any lost or stolen orders shipped via Registered Mail.
If you made a mistake or have a change in your order, or provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
Be advised that international orders may be subject to other fees such as taxes, duties, etc. Clover Collection will not be responsible for any of these fees.
An order may be cancelled if your Billing address is not the same with your Shipping address. A courtesy e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
Shipping rate for the Philippines is PHP110. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
International Shipping rate starts at approximately $5USD but will depend on the country and weight of your order. Rates may be calculated when reviewing your cart. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Note that this is only an estimate. It may take longer than 15 business days before you receive your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
To avoid the return of your order to us, we kindly ask you to check the status of your shipment regularly. Once tracking information says that your package has arrived in your country (HUB SCAN: AWAITING RESPONSE FROM LOCAL POSTAL AGENT), kindly check your mailbox regularly as your local post office may have sent you a pick-up card.
Please note that orders may have to be picked up at your nearest post office. They might not be delivered straight to your shipping address, depending on your local postal service.
You may also use your country's postal service website (ex: USPS) to track your package by using the International Tracking # provided for you.
Clover Collection will not be responsible for any orders that fail to be picked up at post offices and returned to us. Post offices tend to return a package 15-30 days after no one has claimed it. We do not get any tracking number for returned orders due to failed pick up and returns may take up to a year before they reach us. There will be strictly no refunds before we get the package back. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
