Cancellations and Returns

Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.

If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please send an e-mail to sales@theclover-collection.com

Clover Collection is not responsible for any fees charged by PayPal.

Payment Options

We currently only accept PayPal payments. You may use PayPal without having an account. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Tracking

IMPORTANT NOTE for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: To avoid the return of your order back to us, we kindly ask you to check the status of your shipment regularly. Once tracking information says that your package has arrived in your country (HUB SCAN: AWAITING RESPONSE FROM LOCAL POSTAL AGENT), kindly check your mailbox regularly as your local post office may have sent you a pick-up card.

Note that orders may have to be picked up at your nearest post office. They might not be delivered straight to your shipping address, depending on your local postal service.

You may also use your country's postal service website (ex: USPS) to track your package by using the International Tracking Number (ex: RE123456789SE) provided for you. Use this International Tracking Number to confirm the arrival of your order at your post office.
